Used to treat a wide range of health issues, Acupuncture works to restore a healthy flow of energy or "qi" in the body. Your first appointment includes a consultation to determine a Chinese medical diagnosis and the appropriate treatment plan. A combination of cupping, moxibustion , and/or electric stimulation could be included with your acupuncture treatment.

It is used to treat a wide variety of health problems to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Reiki energy works to remove and clear past and present emotional blocks while creating space for clarity of mind and body. Reiki compliments and enhances all bodywork, medical treatments, and therapeutic modalities.

We offer both Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Our Swedish Massage is a lighter touch massage designed to relieve muscle tension and soothe both mind and spirit. Our Deep Tissue Massage is designed for the person who needs more intense and deeper work. It focuses on releasing and relaxing areas of chronic tension and enhances one's mind and body awareness.
